山东省国际商务联合会（原山东省国际贸易经济联合会）成立于2002年，是由原山东省对外贸易经济合作厅（现山东省商务厅）发起，经山东省民政厅批准登记注册的具有独立法人资格的社会组织。接受省社会工作部、省商务厅等管理部门的业务指导。自成立以来始终秉持“服务、维权、自律”的宗旨，精准对接企业需求，全心全意服务行业发展。

主要职责：

一、宣传党的路线方针政策和国家对外经贸法律法规，引导并协调会员企业依法合规经营，促进行业公平竞争与健康发展；

二、聚焦外经贸行业的热点、难点问题，深入开展调查研究，为政府决策提供参考建议；及时向主管部门反映企业诉求，切实维护会员企业的合法权益；

三、依照有关规定，开展外贸单证员及外经贸从业人员等方面的培训与考试工作，为外经贸企业培养基础型人才； 

四、组织会员开展国际交流，受政府委托承办或根据市场和行业发展需要组织境内外展览展示活动，为会员搭建贸易促进平台；推动企业“走出去”，努力开拓国际市场；

五、积极与境内外行业组织及社会团体建立友好合作关系，搭建广泛的合作网络，深入开展多层次的交流与合作；

六、搜集并发布国内外行业最新动态与前沿信息，重点开展国际贸易摩擦的预警分析，为会员企业提供专业的法律及政策咨询服务。

Brief Introduction of Shandong International Commerce Union

Shandong International Commerce Union (Formerly Shandong Federation of International Trade and Economy) was founded in 2002. It is a social organization with independent legal personality, initiated by the former Shandong Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Department (now Shandong Department of Commerce) and registered upon approval by the Shandong Civil Affairs Department. The Federation receives professional guidance from administrative authorities including the Shandong Provincial Department of Social Work and Shandong Department of Commerce. Since its establishment, it has always adhered to the tenet of Service, Rights Protection and Self-Regulation. It precisely caters to the needs of enterprises and devotes itself to promoting the development of the industry.

Main responsibilities:

1. Publicize the Party's lines, principles and policies as well as national laws and regulations on foreign trade and economic cooperation, guide and coordinate member enterprises to operate in accordance with laws and regulations, and promote fair competition and sound development of the industry.

2. Focus on hot-button and difficult issues in the foreign trade and economic sector, conduct in-depth investigations and research to offer references and suggestions for government decision-making. Timely convey the demands of enterprises to competent authorities and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of member enterprises.

3. In accordance with relevant provisions, organize training and examinations for foreign trade Documentation Clerk and practitioners in the foreign trade and economic sector, so as to cultivate grassroots talents for foreign trade enterprises.

4. Organize members to conduct international exchanges. Entrusted by the government, undertake domestic and overseas exhibitions, or organize such events in light of market and industrial development needs, so as to build trade promotion platforms for members. Support enterprises in the "Going Global" strategy and help them explore international markets.

5. Actively establish friendly cooperative relations with industrial organizations and social groups at home and abroad, build an extensive cooperation network, and conduct in-depth exchanges and cooperation at multiple levels.

6. Collect and release the latest industry trends and cutting-edge information at home and abroad, focus on early warning and analysis of international trade frictions, and provide member enterprises with professional legal and policy consulting services.
