近期，有出口到非洲加纳的外贸相关企业需注意：根据加纳GHANA法令，所有发货至加纳特马、阿克拉、库马西、塔克拉底的货物都必须向ZKTEST申请CTN (Cargo Tracking Notes) number。如果没有申请此货物跟踪单将视为触犯加纳的条例，并在目的港受到严厉惩罚。

    相关规定：

    Authorities are requesting the following documentation:

    a.A copy of the Pre-Validated CTN Certificate must be attached to the shipping instructions

    必须将预先验证的CTN证书副本附在装运说明上；

    b.A copy of the Pre-Validated CTN Certificate must be attached to the shipping instructions

    A valid CTN number （from the Pre-Validated CTN Certificate）must be inserted on the B/L and manifest and it must be populated on all shipping documents

    必须在提单和舱单上插入有效的CTN号码（来自预先验证的CTN证书），并在所有装运单据上填写该号码。

    什么是CNT证书

    CTN是英语CARGO TRACKING NOTE的简称，中文翻译为货物跟踪单或货物跟踪号；

    ECTN是英语ELECTRONIC CARGO TRACKING NOTE的简称，中文翻译电子货物跟踪单或电子货物跟踪号；

    CTN和ECTN都是指同一份文件。

    加纳CTN申请流程

    一，申请人提供申请表、Commercial Invoice、Packing List、报关单、海运费发票、提单正本或提单副本或格式件；

    二，收到上述材料后出正式报价单；申请人安排汇款；

    三，收到汇款后出证书草稿；

    四，申请人确认草稿；

    五，对证书预生效，并生成CTN号码；

    六，申请人于3.5日内补充提单正本；

    七，ECTNNO.ORG出具证书正本。
