2022年5月19日，美国Club-Conex, LLC根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定通用高尔夫球杆杆身和高尔夫球杆头连接适配器及其部件和下游产品（Certain Universal Golf Club Shaft and Golf Club Head Connection Adaptors, Certain Components Thereof, and Products Containing the Same）侵犯了其知识产权。
