出口到非洲科特迪瓦的外贸小伙伴请注意，自2018年4月16日，科特迪瓦共和国开始实施产品符合性评定服务COC。 

    什么是符合性认证 

    COC是英文Certificate of Conformity的缩写，即符合性认证，COC证书是一种一致性证书，也是产品进入很多国家的清关证书。比较常见的有坦桑尼亚COC认证、尼日利亚COC认证、阿尔及利亚COC认证、伊朗COC认证等。 

    科特迪瓦COC证书属于政府强制认证，如货物没有COC证书的将无法在目的港清关，同时该证书需要在发货前申请，货走了无法补办。 

    在管制目录内的所有产品，需在发货前提交如下申请资料办理COC： 

    1）产品检测报告（如CE, CB, GS…） 

    2）发票箱单(Proforma Invoice, Packing List) 

    3）申请表( RFC) 

    那么，哪些产品需要申请COC呢？ 

    目前除科特迪瓦豁免清单里的产品不用申请COC外，所有产品都在管制目录，都需要在发货前申请COC。 

    豁免产品清单如下： 

    Gold and other precious metalsPrecious stones

    Explosives, weapons, ammunition and other war material intended for the national armed forces and to the police force

    Live animals

    Fresh Fish, vegetables and fruit

    Plants and floricultural products

    Impressed and developed cinematographic films

    Newspapers and periodicals, stamps items or tax, stamp paper, banknotes, check books, passports

    Personal effects and used household objects

    Used cars

    Postal Parcels

    Raw or partially refined oil

    Commercial samples

    Supplies to the diplomatic and consular missions or international organizations, imported for their own needs/use

    Imported goods and equipment for oil and mining operations

    Imports related to free regimes

    Raw products and traditional handicraft of community origin

    Note: This list of products can be changed by the Ministry of trade when necessary

    科特迪瓦COC认证通常也会称为VOC认证或者PVOC认证，其实都是产品符合性认证，和COC是同一份证书，只是叫法不同。如有买家提到需要清关用的Verification of Conformity (简称COC）或者Pre-shippment Verification of Conformity（简称PVOC）也是指这份COC证书。
